Our registered Health and Safety Agents, Managers and Officers as per SACPCMP requirements, provide Health and Safety Services to Clients/ Developers, Principle Contractors and Trade Contractors, as we share liability in order to fulfil the requirements set out in the OHS Act 85 of 1993, Construction Regulations.

Compiling project specific Baseline Risk Assessments.

Attending Design Meetings to ensure designers have taken the Health and Safety Specifications in to consideration during the design stage.

We apply for a Construction Work Permit at the Department of Employment and Labour where a Construction Project exceeds a) 365 days and 3600 person days of construction work, b) the value of the project exceeds CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board) Grading 7 (R60 000 000) or above.

Creating and tracking of Health and Safety statistics and implementation of mitigation measures in regards to collective trends.

Compiling project specific Health and Safety Specifications derived from the Baseline Risk Assessments.

Conduct Legal Compliance Audits of all appointed Principal Contractors periodically at least once every 30 days.

Incident and Accident Investigation and recommendations for remedial action.

Compiling a site specific Health and Safety Plan in accordance with the Client Health and Safety Specifications to present to the Client for approval.

Conduct Legal Compliance Audits of all appointed Contractors periodically at least once every 30 days.
