Comprac provides turn key integrated safety solutions to petrochemical industries for the management of Principle Contractors and their Trade Contractors on behalf of our Clients.

Our Health and Safety Professionals will manage the compliance aspects of project/s and/or maintenance programs in alignment with our client specifications and their HSE systems. We have managed projects and maintenance tasks by applying South African legislation, industry and international best practices.

Placement of full time / part time SACPCMP registered Health and Safety Practitioners who ensure the Clients specifications are adhered to and the Permit to Work Systems are applied and complied effectively.

Managing and mentoring the Clients' Contractors on site.

Gas monitoring in all areas for routine and non-routine work.

Conducting in-depth Incident and Accident Investigations using internationally recognised Risk Management tools.

Verification of Method Statements, Baseline Risk Assessments and Job Specific Risk Assessments in alignment with the HSE Specifications and project plans.

Reviewing and approval of Contractor Safety files, ensuring that all health and safety requirements are met according to the clients HSE Specifications, legislative and other requirements.

Client trained Permit to Work (PTW) Issuers: Health and Safety Practitioners are responsible for the issuing respective permits at site on behalf of the Client, ensuring that the Method Statements are followed and applied with at all times.
